Studio Policy
- Sign-ups/Registration: Payment for the First and Last month of service, and registration fee required.
- Payments due on the 1st day of each month.
- Late Fee: 25% of monthly rate on ALL payments received after the 3rd day of the month. Pay on time!
- Online Payment Processing Fee: $5.00
- Read Emails and communicate using email or voice mail.
- Same-Day Cancellations – No make-up sessions will be considered (24-hour cancellation notice required).
- No Rescheduling of make-up lessons that are canceled or missed.
- 24-Hour Notice of Cancellation Required – Weekly sessions to be considered for a make-up lesson.
- 30-Day Notice of Cancellation Required – Termination of Services (Last month's retainer covers last month with notice).
- Because of the delicate nature of the business, the right to refuse service to anyone is reserved.
- The monthly rate is constructed as a membership fee (similar to a gym or daycare membership). Should you decide to terminate the service at any time, the fee is non-refundable.
- Respect the music and visual art equipment! You break it, you buy it (the item must be replaced to same or better condition)!
- A regular practice routine, while away from the studio is required.
- Do not come to the studio if you or your child are sick with a cold or flu, and/or have fever. Note: In the event of an infectious disease outbreak or pandemic such as the novel Coronavirus/COVID-19 as an example, ALL sessions will transpire online using SKYPE, ZOOM, FaceTime or Google Hang-Outs. Also, make ups sessions will transpire online as well or via SmartMusic.
- For In-Studio sessions, arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your session.
- Respect the valuable time of other clients, and the instructor.
- Studio Policy and Hold Harmless agreement must be signed and completed by ALL individuals.
